When problems occur

If any helmet, gloves, boots or any other apparel you purchased from Sportbike Speed does not fit after receipt of your order please follow the instructions below.
DO NOT remove any tags from the apparel until you are sure it fits properly.
DO NOT wear your boots or try out your helmet, gloves, etc…outside in the elements until you are sure they fit comfortably.
If any apparel you’ve purchased from Sportbike Speed does not fit properly or if you want to return it for a reasonable explanation we will exchange your item for another item of a different size, color, or style.
The shipping charge will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the exchange is for an item of greater or lesser cost of the original purchased item we will either charge or credit the difference accordingly.
