Gift Certificate FAQI have a defective part Defective parts, or parts shipped in error, will be exchanged at no extra charge. Refunds will be offered and made in full if the correct parts are not immediately available.
Returns will not be allowed after 14 days from date of receipt of product(s). Returns will not be allowed on electrical items unless approved by distributor or manufacturer in advance. Returned merchandise must be in new condition in unopened original packaging. Returns and exchange items that are NOT defective nor shipped in error may be subject to a restocking fee imposed by the manufacturer / distributor of the goods. Call Sportbike Speed at 845-807-8181 prior to return of goods to get a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the package. The customer will be responsible for freight both directions. |
